The Seminyak family villa is located in a secluded lane off Jalan Drupadi called Gang Damai. A short walk will bring you to Jalan Laksmana, the arterial road of Seminyak, a fashionable area with an abundance of boutique shopping options, as well as numerous restaurants, spas, art galleries boutique shops and nightclubs.

The beach is only a 15 minute walk from the villa, which is the perfect place for enjoy a stunning sunset.

The villa is an oasis nestled in a quiet lane but also conveniently located because of its close proximity to dining, shopping and spa facilities. All of this is only a short stroll away to make your holiday perfect in beautiful Bali.

Main building

It has an innovative design that defines the relationship between nature and functionality. Every structural element has a distinct sense of purpose without compromising on style or comfort. The entire property has been built with integrity to ensure that it operates with the smallest possible carbon footprint.

The combined living and dining area is part of the main structure overlooking the length of the swimming pool. The living area has been designed for casual comfort and is the perfect place for family and friends to congregate at any time of the day or night.

This area has been left open so the view to the pool and the landscaped area is not obstructed. It allows guests to move around freely between the bedrooms and this common space. The living area is ideal for lounging and relaxation and is equipped with a big television and a music system fully installed with a high quality surround sound system for the listening pleasure of our guests.

The Dining space is on the other side of the living area, in front of the kitchen. This has been designed in such a way so that guests can enjoy a meal while listening to music, watching TV or a movie, yet easily accessible to the kitchen.The elegant dining table allows for a prestigious private dining experience with comfort and practicality in mind.

The open plan kitchen is located behind the living and dining area.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a four-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, juicer and maxi bar.

The water dispenser has been installed on one side of the kitchen so it is easily accessible to all the guests in the villa at all times. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils (pots, pans, ladles, knives etc.) including crockery, cutlery and glassware. Most of the crockery provided has been sourced from “Jenggala” (the state-of-the-art designer boutique for high quality and handcrafted ceramic goods of international standards available in Bali).

Bedrooms

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning and double wardrobes fitted with safety deposit boxes. The bedrooms are also equipped with ceiling fans. There are also adequate seating amenities available in all the bedrooms.The en-suite bathrooms have open showers with 24-hour hot and cold running water and exclusive guest amenities and supplies that are replenished when the villa is serviced on a daily basis.

The master and second bedrooms are also called twin guesthouses because the two guest rooms are similar, separated only by a unique water feature that holds a statue of the revered Ganesha (the Hindu god with an elephant trunk). Both these bedrooms overlook the swimming pool. One of the twin rooms features a king sized bed (the master bedroom), the other – twin beds which are ideal for siblings or single young adults on a sharing basis. These beds can also be converted into a king sized bed for a couple.

The third bedroom is located adjacent to the living room in the main area. This bedroom offers a queen sized bed and also has a desk and chair if the guest requires to place laptops and other electronic devices during their stay.

The fourth bedroom (on the other side, adjacent to the dining area) has twin day beds along with a desk and chair, and a television with a DVD player. Ideally, this room is great for young children, teenagers and young adults. These beds can also be converted into a king sized bed for a couple.

Grounds & landscaping

The centre of the villa is dominated by a swimming pool. It is surrounded by a tropical garden with green grass, palm trees, the ubiquitous frangipani trees and others tropical plants. The steps to the pool are on the opposite side of the bedrooms and thus located so that it is in proximity to the outdoor shower area.

On other side of the pool directly across the living/dining area are two gazebos:

One gazebo directly overlooks the swimming pool and has a daybed in it. Guests can take a dip in the pool and then relax, read or take a massage on this gazebo.

The other gazebo is fully equipped with a newly installed barbeque and a bar for the pleasure of our guests when they want to spend time outdoors. This gazebo offers a fridge,a BBQ as well as a kitchen sink – ideal place to hold a barbeque party!

Both the gazebos are equipped with fans for guests to use in the warmer months.
